Hay's Missing Donors

WOLLONGONG MP Noreen Hay could face prosecution over $110,000 in political donations missing from her initial campaign funds declaration after last year's state election.

The Election Funding Authority has contacted the Crown Solicitor to see whether Ms Hay, or her agent Peter Bentley, has a case to answer over 90 donations she failed to include in her original declaration.

The EPA has now referred the matter to the Crown Solicitor to see if Ms Hay or Mr Bentley have a case to answer.
