No Time To Cook
Donna Hay(Fourth Estate, $39.99)I LOVE cookbooks. Not so much for the cooking, more for poring over the pictures and deciding my next attempt when I can be bothered making a special trip to the deli. Hay's greatest talent is her food styling and she doesn't disappoint here. It is a large-format book of about 200 pages, with mouth-watering pictures. Chapters include Assembled Dinner and One Pan (equals less washing up). But to have results anywhere near as attractive as Hay's, you'll need rustic-style accoutrements, lots of baking paper and canvas tape (you'll see why).
